With a successful track record in plastic raw material imports and trading, he continues to guide GreenField Corp, a trusted supplier serving India’s top manufacturers of water tanks, tarpaulins, and pipes. Headquartered between the UAE and Kandla SEZ, Gujarat, the company is known for delivering reliable supply chain solutions for raw materials and semi-finished products.
In parallel, Rickey has managed and expanded a Free Zone Warehousing business, offering global clients seamless logistics and storage within India’s Special Economic Zones — optimizing the flow of goods for international markets.
His real estate expertise is deeply rooted in North America, where he founded Sea To Sky Homes, a premier development venture. With a footprint across Northwest Washington (USA) and Southwest British Columbia (Canada), Rickey has delivered high-end residential and commercial developments known for their thoughtful design, sustainable build quality, and timeless appeal.

With an extensive background in luxury and a distinguished record of leadership, Gurinder Singh brings a wealth of expertise to Skyconix LLP. He currently leads Billiardiers, a prestigious, family-owned business now in its fourth generation. Established over nine decades ago, Billiardiers began by crafting super-luxury billiard and snooker tables for royal families during the pre-independence era, laying the foundation for a legacy defined by excellence, elegance, and timeless craftsmanship.

Over the years, the company has evolved into a trusted name in high-end interiors and bespoke furnishings—supplying everything from handcrafted billiards tables to rare materials and curated décor sourced from the world’s most renowned manufacturers. Under Gurinder’s visionary leadership, Billiardiers has played a pivotal role in delivering some of the finest farmhouses, bungalows, and luxury residences across India. His distinguished clientele includes a farmhouse for the Managing Director of Rolls-Royce, as well as landmark contributions to The President’s House and The Vice President’s House in New Delhi. His work has also been prominently featured in India’s leading hospitality brands, including Taj Hotels, The Oberoi Group, Le Meridien, ITC Hotels, and Leela, where quality, heritage, and aesthetics are paramount.
